Our Legacy
Established in 1957, the ASCII Group has a rich history of commitment to education and technology. Beginning as Bombay Prakashan Pvt. Ltd., a leading publishing house specialising in children’s books, the group expanded its horizons by founding the Advanced School of Computer Information, India (ASCII) in 1987, focusing on IT-related training. In 1997, Udyam Impex India Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated to handle hardware maintenance and software services, solidifying the group’s position as a comprehensive IT solutions provider.
